How to Manually Operate Jacks on Lippert Ground Control 3.0

Question:
I have an error popping up on my screen. How do I clear it out Ive seen different things to do some said to run all jacks down 6inch I can only extend the front an rear jacks how do I get the middle stabilizer jacks down manually. It will not let my auto level with this error it is beeping at me.

The manually operate any of the jacks on a Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System, like your 6-point part # LC675817, there is a plug on the top and bottom of the motor section. Remove the plug (it doesn't matter if it's the top or bottom) and you will be able to use a ratchet to operate them. On the top side you just need a 3/8" drive ratchet (no socket) while at the bottom you will need the 3/8" ratchet, an extension, and a 5/16" socket.
