Im trying to replace the water inlet connector to a Suburu power washer. As the 5/8 screw in assembly appears to be unobtainable, Im trying to fabricate another. Id like to know the smallest diameter of the tapering shaft attached to the male water-hose connector part # PF247007. Hopefully, I can epoxy this into the inlet hole, of the power washer, then screw on a quick-release connector. This would be easier if the original part were available but I cant find the documentation that came with the PW. Thank you

It sounds like you're looking for the diameter of the quick connect port on the D&W Quick Connect Garden Hose Adapter # PF247007. The quick connect end (the smallest part) of the # PF247007 is 1/2" in diameter and will fit in 1/2" female quick connect ports similar to the ones found on the # PF247201.
If I'm misunderstanding the measurement you're looking for, please let me know and I can get you the correct dimension.
