Jeff Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the RV and Marine Quick Connect Garden Hose Adaptor for your spray-away and spray-port fixtures. Now this quick connect adapter will let you attach a garden hose to the quick connect connector that's on your spray-away or spray-port unit, makes it very easy to connect and disconnect your hose. If you notice on this one right here, it has a half inch male quick disconnect connector on this end and then the male thread and garden hose connector on this other end. So basically your garden hose would thread right onto here and then allow you to push this into the quick disconnect connector. This is a nice durable brass construction.
Overall length on it from one end to the other gonna be right at one and a half inches. That should do it for the review on this RV and Marine Quick Connect Garden Hose Adapter for the spray-away and spray-port fixtures.

Product is solid brass, quality made. Will use it with a short hose and a backflow preventer to use my exterior shower faucet to power rinse my black water holding tank when draining the tank. Kills two birds with one stone, consumes some extra clear water and allows me to rinse the black water tank even when a hose bib isn't available at the dump station.

I assumed this nipple would connect to the coupler from my air compressor. I had to grind the nipple shorter to make it fit. Then it was perfect. I set the air regulator on my compressor to 25 psi and it made it so easy to flush.

Exactly what we needed to be able to use our spray port, we bought a "quick connect" hose that we thought would fit our quick connect spray port but it just was not compatible. Being RV newbies, I am so glad I found this site and especially this little piece of brass.

Thanks for the photos. From viewing them, I believe you ordered the wrong product. This product description for this product says it it for the end of a garden hose to connect to an RV or boats spray away port. It looks like you need an adapter for your shower head. If you can give me any model number to go off of it would be easier to get you the right part. From looking at the connect ends in your photos, item # EM94FR may possibly work but I am not 100 sure yet.
