Vent Settings for Furrion Over the Range RV Convection Microwave

Can the top vent be set to recirculate ?

There are three vent settings, though not to recirculate for the Furrion Over the Range RV Convection Microwave # FMCM15SS.
As you can see by the cut out of the installation manual I added, this convection microwave's exhaust vents can only be set to high or low.
