How to Position Brake Caliper for Trailer Disc Brakes

I am installing new disc brake kits from drum. Do I install the caliper in front or behind the spindle?

Expert Reply:
The caliper for the Titan Disc Brake Assembly # T10HREKITBB will sit partly over the rotor with the piston-side towards the inside of your trailer with the mounting bracket on the spindle-side of the spindle brake-mounting bracket. I have attached some photos for you to reference as well as an installation video that you can check out for the installation.
