Buyer's products offers the # 3371801102 which is a fit for the 2020 Express Cutaway Van Chassis, as opposed to the # e98861 which is a fit for the cargo/passenger vans only. The hitch has a capacity of 12K towing/ 1200 tongue weight and isn't intended for use with weight distribution.
The hitch offers 6-1/2 inches of drop, to conclusively determine if it'll work on your Shuttle Bus, you'll want to measure straight downward from the frame member at the bumper to determine if the hitch will have sufficient drop for the receiver tube to clear the rear bumper. As long as your measurement is less than 6-1/2 inches, the hitch will work perfectly for you.
