We do have a BOLT hitch receiver lock that will work with the key to your 2020 Ford F-350. I confirmed with BOLT that the correct part is:

- BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" and 2-1/2" Hitches - Codes to Ford Side-Cut Key # BL7023585

If you take a look at the accompanying photo you can see the keys that this lock will work with. I have also added a link to a video review for you to check out.

Yes, it will so long as your Ford key looks like one in the picture below. The Replacement Lock Cylinder for BOLT Toolbox Latch item #BLT79FR only works with Bolt tool boxes. If not you will need item #BL7022698.

For a 3 inch hitch that is 19-1/2 inches from the top of it down to the ground you'd want a ball mount with about 6-7 inches of drop like the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 3" Hitch -7-1/2" Drop, 7" Rise #BWTS30040B.
