Will the Furrion Vision S Backup Camera System Work On a 2016 Heartland Prowler

Question:

Hello there, I have a 2016 heartland 25lx prowler and was looking for a backup Camera. I didnt see this travel trailer on your list. Im interested in the furrion FOS05TASF. Was wondering how compatible it is with my travel trailer. I see in your reviews that some are pre wired. I also see some people that remove the center running light and install it there. Please let me know if this camera will work with my travel trailer. Thanks,

The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System part # FOS05TASF is an excellent option and it will absolutely work on a 2016 Heartland Prowler. If the trailer is prepped for a back-up camera then it will have a camera mounting bracket pre-installed at the top of the trailer and that makes installation plug-n-play. However, if the trailer is not prepped for a back-up camera you can still install the above system with just a bit more work. I can't recommend you replace the running lights as these lights (all three) are required by certain state laws but you could easily install the camera either above or below and just splice into the same power wires run to them.
