Question:
I have 30foot Keystone passport camper with the welded 4inch bumper. I have mounted a round mount for the sewer hose. I have only about a 3/4inch clearance between the top of the bumper and the hose holder. What is the thickness of the carrier frame A, I need to know if it will fit between my bumper and the holder so I can bolt the bike rack on. Thank You

The Swagman RV Mounted 4 Bike Carrier you mentioned, part # S80600 is constructed of 7/8 inch square steel tubing. If you only have 3/4 inches of clearance above your bumper, the rack will not fit as the tubing will be just a little too thick.
For 4 bikes, your best bet would be to use a bolt-on receiver like part # UF35-946402 along with a hitch mounted bike rack. Bike racks installed on an RV or towed camper is subjected to additional bouncing than what would be experienced when installed on a passenger vehicle. Because of this, only certain racks are recommended. The Swagman XP, part # S64940 would be an excellent choice. The individually rotating cradles will allow you to carry bikes with differing frame styles so that they are level.
