Question:
I would like a 2 battery secure battery box. It needs to feet between rails that are 8 inches apart. The only model that is this narrow seems to be one that is about 60 inches wide. Which two battery models are less than 8 inches front to back at the bottom?

The closest offering we have would be the Torklift Power Armor Locking Battery Box, part # TLA7708R which measures 8-3/16 x 23 x 13. If you were to take an angle grinder and take a small bit of material off of one of the rails, the box could be made to fit pretty easily. Other than the 60 inch # TLA7710R box you mentioned, this is your best bet for a metal locking box. I've linked you to a product description video featuring the battery box I mentioned above.
