2020 Wrangler with factory bumper. What do you recommend for flat towing.

I recommend going with a Demco setup because they look good and are very easy to use after the initial installation. For a complete flat towing setup you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. Here are the parts I recommend for your 2020 Jeep Wrangler:

Base Plate - # DM9519336 (plastic bumper)
Base Plate - # DM9519339 (steel bumper)
Dominator Tow Bar - # DM9511008 (comes with safety cables)
Tow Bar Combo Kit - # DM9523057 (wiring and some accessories)
Brake System - # SM99243 (motorhome air brakes)
Brake System - # SM99251 (motorhome has hydraulic brakes) with Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751490

One other thing I recommend adding is the Sentry Deflector # DM9523135 to help keep your Jeep Wrangler safe from flying road debris. The Dominator tow bar has provisions built-in so that you can adjust it and avoid needing to purchase a high-low adapter.
