Can the EXO swing to the driver’s side?

The Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR that you referenced only swings out to the passenger side. The reason they picked that side is that if you ever had to pull over on the side of the highway you'd most likely pull over to the right-side shoulder and then if you needed to get into the rear cargo area you'd want the carrier to swing out to the side that's not out into traffic.
