Which extension will work with my GMC With a 10.5 camper.

With a 10-1/2 foot long camper, you'll want a 32 inch extension. The # TLE1648 TorkLift Cannon Hitch Extension you'd looked at is only compatible with the Ford OEM 3 inch receiver hitch.

The best solution for you will depend on the weight of what you're towing. If a 4500 lb towing (6000 lb if used with weight distribution) capacity will work for you and your Sierra has a 2-1/2 inch hitch, the Reese Titan Hitch Extension, part # RP45292 would be recommended.

For a higher capacity, you'd need to swap out the current hitch for a TorkLift SuperHitch, part # TLC1211 and use a TorkLift SuperTruss, part # TLE1532. This combination allows for a 6500 lb towing or 12,000 lbs if used with weight distribution.

The recommendations above assume you have a 3/4 or 1 ton truck.
