Reese Goosebox That Can Fit 2016 Rockwood Fifth Wheel with Reese Revolution Pin Box

Question:

I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 6 1/2 bed. I also have a Pop Up gooseneck hitch that flips over like the B and W Turnover. I want to be able to use my gooseneck for horse hauling. I have been looking at new 5th wheels and the ones I like have the Turning Point king pin. I have exhausted all avenues for converting this to a gooseneck so I have been looking at older models. I found a 2016 Rockwood with a Reese Revolution. I think I can swap that out for the Reese Goosebox. I was hoping to use the Anderson Ultimate but not sure I will have enough clearance. I simply cant handle the Companion since Im a woman. Should I swap out the pin box and get the Anderson and hope for the best or? I know that Pop up makes several off sets but I worry about the safety. Thanks for any help!

If the trailer has a Reese Revolution there's a very good chance the Revolution could be replaced with a Goose Box which is the best way to convert a fifth wheel trailer to a gooseneck. We've spoken with Lippert and Rockwood in the past and with similar Rockwoods they used the Lippert 1621 pin box which is what the # RP85FR was designed to replace. This would be the best solution based on what you are looking for.
