Is it possible to replace the Reese Revolution with the Reese Goose box?

Yes, you can replace a Reese Revolution with a Reese Goose Box like item # RP85FR . The Reese Revolution pin box is the same pin box as the Reese Sidewinder. It is called a Revolution when it comes as OEM equipment on a trailer. The Sidewinder/Revolution pin box has multiple mounting holes to fit many different brands of pin boxes.

You will need to confirm your pin box before you purchase your Reese Goose Box. The one you were looking at item # RP85FR fits a Lippert 1621 pin box.

We also have the Reese Goose item # RP94716-61301 for the 1716 pin box.

If you would like to email me a picture of the sticker on your Pin Box I will be happy to verify which one you have so you purchase the correct goosebox.

You will also need the Tow Ready Safety Chain Kit with Clevis Hooks item # 49150 because the gooseboxes do not include safety chains and they are required by law.
