Can 4 Inch Sewer Connect to 3/4 Inch Macerator Hose to Serve as Extension

Buying a used class A with a macerator. Trading in my travel trailer. Can the smaller macerator hose be connected to my standard larger sewer hose to extend if necessary?

Expert Reply:
I have a solution for you, but there isn't an adapter available that would allow you to connect your 4 inch sewer hose to the smaller macerator hose to create an extension. The macerator hose ends aren't threaded; they are held in place with a metal clamp instead.
We do have longer macerator hoses that can either be used as an extension, or replace the original 10 foot long macerator hose that is included in the SewerSolution Macerator System for RV Waste Tanks # SS01.
For a 25 foot long extension hose, use part # SS25
For a 15 foot long extension hose, use part # SS15
For a 10 foot long extension hose, use part # 278-SS02
