Depth of Valterra Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank T50A

Question:
The video described the length of valve on the “slide axis”, 9 and 13 inches. Can you give me the thickness of the plane perpendicular to the slide? The slide will be mounted in the horizontal plane, trying to figure out how far down the valve will hang under the trailer.

The depth of the Valterra Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank part # T50A measures 4-1/4" end to end without the cap but please note the fittings don't butt up to the end on either side.
