Question:
Hi there, I have a 2019 Ford F-250 with a class 5 hitch. It has a tommy gate so I need a hitch extender to tow my camper for turns. Do you sell one that is rated for at least 10,000lbs?

In order to install a hitch extender on a 2019 Ford F-250 and retain any sort of weight capacity suitable for towing your only option is one of TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extensions like part # TLE1521 which offers 21". That said, in order to use the TorkLift SuperTruss you also need the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver part # TLF1008-30 which replaces the factory trailer hitch.
I understand this may be more than you were looking to spend and more work than you were looking to do but it's really your only option as most standard hitch extenders will limit your towing capacity significantly to a point that is not really suitable for towing.
I have attached a full list of the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extensions below.
