The Draw-Tite Class III receiver you mentioned, part # 75714 would be an excellent choice for towing a PWC with your 2012 Nissan Quest.

My research indicates that the towing capacity of your Quest is most likely 3500 lbs, which is plenty of capacity for towing a PWC. I would recommend you confirm the towing capacity by consulting your owners manual or by contacting Nissan.

To complete your towing system, you will also need the following:

Trailer wiring harness with 4-pole trailer connector, part # 118547

1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # 19260
2 inch trailer ball, part # 19247
