B and W has their fixed Patriot hitch # BWRVK3255 and slider Patriot part # BWRVK3270 which utilizes same head design as Companion hitches that is designed to fit the Curt rail kit # C16418-104 you referenced but an actual Companion hitch would not fit as they are designed to fit into the gooseneck ball hole of a B and W Turnoverball gooseneck hitch like the # BWGNRK1067 that fits your 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic.
