I'd like a trailer hitch, trailer wiring and towing mirrors for my 2020 Subaru Outback. What do you recommend?

For your 2020 Subaru Outback, Curt makes a concealed model Class IIl hitch, part # C67JR that is extremely popular. The entire hitch crossbar will be concealed behind the rear bumper and fascia once the hitch is installed just like more expensive options, but from a quality standpoint this hitch is on par with the more expensive hitch fits.

For a wiring harness, I'd recommend the # C56040 from Curt. The installation is plug and play, as shown in the installation video I've linked for you.

For towing mirrors, I'd go with the # KS3891-2 from K-Source. The mirrors feature sturdy rubber straps that ratchet into place for a snug and secure fit. I've linked an install video and a product description video that you might find helpful.
