Question:
I need a receiver hitch for my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. I want a 2 inch hitch because that's what my bike rack works with, I don't know the difference between the choices.

If you're wanting a 2 inch hitch for your Crosstrek so you can use your existing bike rack, we have 2 options that I would recommend for you.
If you don't mind The crossbar of the hitch being visible, the Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 76209 would be great for you. We also have the etrailer brand hitch, part # e98912 that has the hitch crossbar hidden behind the bumper, so all that would be visible is the square receiver tube and the safety chain loops. If I had to choose one, I'd personally go with the etrailer brand because it would look better in my opinion.
The Curt # Class II hitch you had looked at, part # C12184 has a 1-1/4 by 1-1/4 inch receiver tube, and wouldn't be compatible with your bike rack.
I've linked to the installation videos for both hitches I recommended above.
