is the 10,000 lb rating of these cables per cable each for a total of 20,000 when used together or is it only 10,000 lbs when used together? Thank you

The Roadmaster 80" Coiled Safety Cables - Double Hook part # RM-653 has a capacity of 10,000 lbs as a pair. They are designed for flat towing a vehicle.
If you need more weight capacity in a cable, I recommend Demco coiled safety cables part # DM9523003 which can handle 14,000 lbs.
