Question:

Do I have to take off the front bumper to install the EcoHitch front hitch 306-X7904 on my 2019 Ford F-350?

Because the receiver is tucked up behind where the front license plate sits for a clean look and additional ground clearance, you would indeed need to temporarily remove the bumper to install the # 306-X7904 on your 2019 Ford F350. If you'd rather not do that, the Draw-Tite # 65076 installs a bit more conventionally, below the bumper. This makes for an easier installation, but would require cutting a hole in the under bumper trim (if so equipped) and would reduce the ground clearance, so it's kind of a trade off. The hitch also includes a front license plate holder that mounts in the receiver.

I've provided a photo showing how both front mounted receivers look once they're installed.
