My coachmans frame measures 64inch inside to inside and will be using it to attach a basket to haul my Honda EU3000 generator.

The Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch, # 13703, fits frames that measure 22 to 72 inches measuring from outside to outside so it should fit a frame that measures 64 inches inside to inside. It will also fit C-channel and box frames as well as I-beam frames.
You will need to use a stabilization strap, # 18050, with this hitch for Curts warranty requirements. I have included a link to the installation instructions for the hitch for you.
