Bolt Pattern and Corrosion Resistance For Titan Zinc-Plated Straight-Tongue Coupler - 21,000 lbs

Question:
Im converting my boat trailer to EOH disc brakes, and want to replace my Titan Model 6 Surge Actuator with a standard coupler. Im having problems finding a coupler with the same bolt pattern, as I dont want to drill more holes than necessary in the galvanized tongue. The Model 6 is currently attached using only the three 1/2inch bolt holes. This coupler appears to use the same pattern as the Model 10 and 20 actuators and also the Titan 4853100 coupler, but I have a couple questions: What is the vertical distance from the top inside surface of the coupler to the bolt hole centers? Since this painted coupler has a 500 hour salt spray rating vs. the zinc-coated versions 200 hour rating, does that mean that this coupler would be better suited for a marine saltwater enviroment?

I did pull the Titan Zinc-Plated Straight-Tongue Coupler - 21,000 lbs # T4853100 and measured from the inside top of the coupler to the center of each of the 5 bolt holes from back to front:

The hours of test duration depends on the corrosion resistance of the coating. Generally, the more corrosion resistant the coating is, the longer the period of testing before the appearance of corrosion/ rust. That said, the galvanized version is great for marine use using a zinc plating with 500-hour salt spray rating.
