So each 2019 Ford F-150 is going to have either a 7-way or 4-way connector; the 7-way would be obvious and you'd know if you had that, which means you are going to have the 4-way. It will be there, possibly hidden, so if you cannot find it you are going to want to check behind the rear axle on the driver side frame rail, and you should see the plug there.

Once you find it you will be able to use the Curt Echo Brake Controller # C51180 on your F-150 by installing the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation # ETBC7L which will give you the wiring and 7-way needed to use the Echo. The Rear View Safety Suction Cup Mount # RVS-CEL-M1 will help make it easier to access your phone while on the road to use the Echo's app.

The accompanying photos are of the Echo installed on a 2019 Ford F-150, and I have added links to video reviews of each of these parts for you.
