I did some research online and it looks like your 2002 Jayco Kiwi 23B hybrid camper will have 2 torsion axles with 4 bolt brake mounting flanges and 10 by 2-1/4 inch brake assemblies. You should remove one of the wheels and a hub and check to be sure before ordering parts. You will also need to determine the manufacturer of the brake assemblies on your axles before ordering replacement parts to determine the correct parts that will fit the brake assemblies.
I added a photo showing how to measure to determine the correct parts for your brake drums.
If you have Dexter, Fayette, or Foreman 10 inch x 2-1/4 inch electric brake assemblies on your axles, the # BP04-095, brake shoes that you referenced will work. You will need to order a quantity of 4 to replace all the shoes on two brake axles.
A better solution for replacing the brakes on your trailer might be to replace the whole brake assemblies. This option is cost effective and you would have all new parts, magnets and all, instead of just new brake shoes. The Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35 is very economical, includes left and right hand assemblies, will fit on trailer axles with a 4 bolt mounting flange, and will work with 10 by 2-1/4 inch brake drums.
I added a couple of videos on trailer brake replacement that you may find helpful.
