Will Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver 13703 Fit Frame That is 71-1/2 Inches Inside to Inside
Published 01/30/2020 >
Question:
I contacted you a few days ago about this hitch, it says that it adjusts to 72" on my 2019 373 fusion it is 71-1/2 just to the edge of the frame rails, 74” to the center of the frame, I noticed is off set in the bracket where it mounts, does this account for that ? Also does it have a 2” receiver. If possible could you send a description of the measurements thanks.

Yes, the brackets do account for the full width of the frame; so the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 will absolutely fit your trailer that measures 71-1/2 inches from inside to inside. The main body tube is 68-1/2 inches, and the brackets have a 2-1/4 inch offset.
Additionally, yes, the receiver on this hitch is 2 inches.
I have added a link to a video review as well as the installation instructions of Hitch # 13703.
