The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13397 is what I recommend for a 2020 Honda CR-V (All Models) because it has a hidden design therefore only the receiver tube will be shown which gives a factory-like appearance and does not reduce ground clearance as much. Furthermore, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver features an easy bolt-on installation with no drilling required. In regards to the hands free lift-gate feature, you will need a relocation bracket (Honda 08U59-TLA-100A) in order to retain this feature but there is not a trailer hitch that does not require this so you are going to have to bite the bullet if you want to retain this feature unfortunately.
