I have a Curt A25 hitch in my 2019 Chevy silverado 2500 with oem prep can I switch out the base to fit my 2020 chevy 2500 with oem prep?

Yes, you can keep the head of the Curt A25 Fifth wheel hitch part # C16066 from the 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 with OEM prep package and switch out the base to make it fit the 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 with OEM prep package. The replacement base that you need is part # CU53FR which will fit your existing head part # C16580. The new base legs will lock down into the OEM prep package of your new truck.
