Question:

I have a 2019 Toyota Highlander hybrid model do you have a hitch that will fit ? I also need wiring does not have factory wiring

I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98844 for the 2019 Toyota Highlander which is confirmed to fit the hybrid model. I have attached a video for your reference.

For the wiring, I recommend Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118449 which will give a 4-pole flat on the Highlander to illuminate the trailer lights. I like the Tekonsha brand because it has a tendency to last a bit longer compared to the other wiring options especially the converter boxes. I have attached a video for your reference.

If you plan on doing some towing you may consider the etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you are not sure how much rise/drop you may need in a ball mount to tow your trailer level, I recommend to take a look at the helpful article I have attached about how to figure the amount of rise or drop you may need.
