Do you have to put grease in to the bearings or just put it together like in the video?

In order to use the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System part # TASR5200S03 you will just need an idler hub assuming you do in fact not want to use brakes of any kind. For this, the Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # 42655UC1 will be an excellent match but aside from this nothing else will be needed besides the wheels, tires and lug nuts of your choosing. The hardware needed for installation is included with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System so you will be good to go with just the idler hubs and lug nuts part # AM90049.
