Question:

Can I order the custom floor vanrug in charcoal grey for my van? I know your description says it’s for a 170 cargo van. Will I have to do modification to the rug to fit my 2015 Sprinter 2500 144in Passenger Van? Also, my van currently has carpet in it. Would I need to rip this out first? It’s old horrible anyway.

The custom fit VanRug made for your 2015 Sprinter 2500 with 144in wheelbase is VanRug Custom Floor Mat for Cargo Vans - Charcoal Gray - Carpet # VRMS06M. It is designed for the cargo Sprinter Van and extends from behind front seats to under cargo door's plastic shroud, however if your's is the passenger version some cutting may be required to go around the seat mounts, and other things that are not present on the cargo models.

Taking out the old carpet will allow you to get the best fit of the VanRug, and since the rug is 3/4" thick it will provide a nice cushioned surface for all your gear and your knees if you need to get in the back. Whether your hauling fragile pieces, or heavy duty gear around the VanRug is really nice way to keep things from sliding in transport, and not only protect the floor of your Sprinter, but also the cargo your taking with you.
