Can this snow chain be used on Vredestein Comtrac 205/70R/14 tires

First if your Vredestein tires are snow tires you do not want to use any tire chains because they will not be effective. Pewag chains # PWRS73 will fit your tire size.
If you are looking for some chains that you do not plan on using very often, I recommend come simple cables, # PW1030, with tensioner # PW100 (for passenger vehicle) or # PW99 (for light trucks).
Be sure to consult the vehicle owners manual to determine if chains can be used and if there are any restrictions or recommendations. I have included some links on tire chains for you.
