The Titan heavy duty chains # TC2221SHD you referenced are designed to fit the following tires sizes:
225/85-16
235/80-17
235/85-16
245/75-15
245/75-16
255/70-16
265/70-15
265/75-15
Depending on the size of your rear tires, you can still use the Titan heavy duty chains # TC2221SHD as long as they are within the ranges listed above. Another great set is the Pewag all square snow tire chains # PWE4228SC for dual truck tires.
Let me know the tire size on the rear, and even the front, as I am more than happy to provide a couple recommendations. I also included a link showing the typical tires sizes for your 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 that you can take a look at.
