Officially only Hyundai will be able to tell you if you can tow with your Kona since they designed it, rated it, and who would honor the warranty in the event something failed. Looking at the vehicle it's pretty small and has a pretty low horsepower engine as well. I'd suspect that has a lot to do with it. Now our hitch manufacturers will make a hitch to fit basically any vehicle there is a demand for as sometimes people use them for bike racks or they choose to take the risk of towing anyway. So we do have the Draw Tite hitch part # 24884 which fits your Kona and we have a trailer wiring solution as well with the part # 119250KIT.
For a ball mount you'd then need the part # 3593 and a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball part # 19256.
