The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11250 is a great start for towing a small fishing boat behind your 2013 Hyundai Accent. I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56149 for your vehicle wiring which installs behind driver and passenger side tail lights - inside trunk.
Then you will need a ball mount, hitch ball, and pin. I recommend the # C45521, # A-82 for a 2 inch ball coupler, and # F-4. If you have the 1-7/8 inch coupler, then instead use # 19256 if you have a smaller coupler.
