Does EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Fit 2014 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen TDI
Updated 01/20/2020 | Published 01/19/2020 >
Question:
I note that the application of the ECO Hitch model 306-x7284 indicates that it shouldn’t be installed on the Jetta TDI Sportwagon. Why is this? Is there interference with the exhaust piping.

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7284 does in fact fit the 2014 VW Jetta SportWagen TDI, so you're good to go! The accompanying photo a customer submitted shows the EcoHitch installed on a 2014 Jetta SportWagen TDI, and the linked video shows an installation of the EcoHitch on a 2013 VW Jetta SportWagen TDI.
