Choosing Between Tekonsha or Curt Powered Taillight Converter/Wiring Harness for 2020 Honda Odyssey

Which trailer wiring harness do I need for my 2020 Honda Odyssey? The Curt # C53682 or the # 118781? I have the drawbar and trailer ball from my old van.

Functionally speaking, there isn't a huge difference. The Curt # C56382 has a slightly lower capacity at 3 amps for circuit for stop/turn signals and 6 amps for taillights. The Tekonsha # 118781 has a capacity of 5 amps per stop/turn circuit and 7.5 amps for circuit for taillights. Honestly, you'll probably never need the added capacity unless you're towing something that's lit up like a Christmas tree but having a little unneeded wiggle room as far as capacity goes never hurts. From what I've seen over the years, I'd give the Tekonsha wiring harnesses a slight edge in quality, so that's what I'd recommend. I've linked you to installation videos for both wiring harnesses.
