Helpful Expert Reply:
Technically, any of our spindles can be welded on the end of your 3 inch diameter axle. However, the 4 on 4 hubs indicate a lower weight capacity. So, if you're wanting to keep the 4 on 4 bolt pattern and reuse your existing wheels, the only option is the BTR E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Brake Flange # TRU27FR.
This spindle is designed for 2,500 lb axles and will allow you to use industry standard hubs # 8-173-16UC3. This means that you won't have any issues finding replacement or maintenance parts for your trailer in the future, like bearing kit # BK1-150. We carry a large variety of the most common trailer bearings, but the LM11749 Timken bearing you mentioned isn't one of them.
For a set of compatible electric brakes, you can use # 23-48 for the right hand, and # 23-47 for the left hand, which fit 10 to 13 inch wheels.
