Hole for B&W Turnoverball Doesnt Line Up With Dimple On a 2019 Ford F-250

Question:

Need does not have spray in liner. Instructions call for center of hole at 45 1/2 inches. Dimple in bed is 44 3/4 inches. Used tape and 4ft ruler. Comes out the same. Which one should I use?

When installing the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1116 on a 2019 Ford F-250, you will need to drill the hitch ball hole 45-1/2" back from the edge of the bed. This may or may not line up perfectly with the factory dimple but you must abide by the hitch manufactures recommendations in order to ensure everything lines up.

If you want the hitch ball hole to line up perfectly with the dimple in the truck bed you can use the Hide-A-Goose Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # 9468-94 which advises you to use the center dimple as your mark for drilling.
