How Thick Is the Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramp Set GH-R84

Question:

With the cross plate for traction what is the total thickness or height of the ramp. So to be clear if it lays flat on the ground how thick is the vertical height? Thanks. looks like 2.5 inches but the guy below said 1 1/4? Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramp Set - 84inch Long x 14inch Wide - 6,000 lbs Item # 325-GH-R84

I spoke with Gen-Y about the Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramp Set part # 325-GH-R84 and was informed that they were 2-1/4" thick when measuring from the bottom of the rail to the top traction bar. The representative went out and measured the loading ramps for you just to be sure as well since there seems to be conflicting reports.
