I am looking to get the front receiver hitch for my 2019 dodge new body style , are there any work arounds to use alt tow hooks ? After market hooks ? Any suggestions ?

For the new body style 2019 Ram 1500 models like what you have we have front hitches that will fit as long as the truck did not have factory tow hooks or as long as they are removed prior to installation. The Curt hitch part # C87FR is example of this and a really great hitch solution.
You can then use the MaxxTow Tow Strap Loop for 2" Trailer Hitches - 10,000 lbs - MT70029 to use as a pull point for a tow strap.
