How Is Front to Back Head Adjustment of B and W Companion Hitch for 2020 GM Rail Kit Made

The specs state that the hitch head can be moved 2 inches backward if desired. How is this accomplished?

The arms that hold the head of the B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3710 are designed to be installed in various positions to allow for different height and offset settings.
If you check out the picture I attached you can see the different ways they can be installed which will show how the different offset would be accomplished.
