We definitely have replacement air bags for your 2015 Nissan Xterra Pro4x, you'll want to use Firestone Rear Air Spring, Tapered Sleeve, 1/4" NPT # F9002. These will be a direct replacement for your Xterra with the Firestone Sport-Rite air springs, they are sold individually, so you'll want to pick up a pair if you need both sides.
When you replace your bags, you may find that you need to repair or replace some air line or fittings. The Air Line Service Kit for Firestone Ride-Rite/Sport-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2012 will have air line, fittings, and inflation valves included. Be sure to make clean straight cuts on any of the air lines to avoid any leaks in the future, you can use a Tubing Cutter # AL10530.
The springs have the same rating and capability as the original ones that came in the kit # F2409, 3,000 lb capacity, and and operating air pressure range of 10 - 100 psi.
The 21-9015 number that you mentioned is actually the order number for the "equipped with Ride Rite Helper Springs" sticker and is not the part number for the air bags.
I linked the mentioned parts, and a couple videos for you to check out for reference.
