I recommend using the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL88268 for a 2WD or part # AL57385 for a 4WD to help stabilize the sway you are experiencing with your 2020 Ford F-150. Since you are actively using your pickup to tow and haul you will have different weights affecting the performance of your pickup so having some help that can be adjusted to accommodate different weights is the best thing for your setup. Please note that any suspension enhancement, including these kits, will definitely help to stabilize loads, but they won't actually increase the weight rating of your F-150.
