Wheel and Tire Combo for Trailer that Has Diameter Closer to 23 inches

Castle Rock ST205/75R15 Radial Tire w/ 15" Liger Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR C - Black Item # LH89FR Hello, how are you? Can you let me know the overall dimension for this tire with the rims please? Is it really 27.12 inches? My boat trailer tire is 23 inches now. What do you recommend for me to put there? A thinner tire with the 15 rims or do I need a smaller size rims for it? Do you have a thinner tire with the 15 rims? Thank you

I'm good thanks for asking! The overall diameter of the Castle Rock ST205/75R15 Radial Tire w/ 15" Liger Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR C - Black # LH89FR really is 27.1 inches so for a wheel and tire with a diameter closer to what you need you'd want the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" Aluminum Wheel # AM32001HWTB which has the same bolt pattern and a similar design wheel but has a tire diameter closer to what you need at 24.1 inches.

Nothing on 15-inch wheel comes close to the diameter you need. I attached a review video for this wheel and tire combo though.
