We have a 2018 Toyota Highlander with a roof rack. Do we have enough width to mount two Malone sea wing carriers side-by-side on the roof rack?

In order to mount two kayaks on the top of a 2018 Toyota Highlander with factory roof rack you will need to position the kayaks on their side using j-style kayak carriers, the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier part # MPG114MD is what I recommend. This will be the case for pretty much all factory roof racks as very few if any will be long enough to carry two kayaks side by side.
