Question:
Hello, thanks for considering my question. I have a m200a1 military trailer that Id like to convert from air over hydraulic brakes to electric over hydraulic. My truck is a 2019 F-350 super duty. The rear electric receiver is a 7-way plug. Ive read through your answers to similar situations, and know the basics of the needed components. The trailer will be used strictly off highway, and needs to be configured in the most durable, no-frills way possible. From what I gather, my integrated brake controller will not be compatible with an electric over hydraulic actuator. I was considering the curt echo wireless controller as a workaround. I also would like to avoid using a brake-away system if possible as my application does not require it. Could you advise on what components would best meet my requirements? Thanks for your time,

Since you already have hydraulic braking assemblies on the military trailer the only thing that you need to convert the air over hydraulic brakes to electric over hydraulic is the electric over hydraulic actuator and a brake controller.
If you have hydraulic disc brakes on the trailer, I recommend HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes part # HBA16. If the trailer has drum brakes I recommend HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Drum Brakes - 1,200 psi part # HBA-12.
You will also need a brake controller in the 2019 Ford F-350 super duty. You are correct the easiest way to do this is the Curt Echo part # C51180 as long as you only have 2 axles on the trailer. The Curt Echo will override the brake controller.
If you ever do decide to tow on the street you will need a break away kit in most states for safety reasons. I recommend the Hopkins Engager Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit with Built-In Battery Charger part # 20400 because it has a convenient built in battery charger.
